Description
Allied PhotoPolymers KZ-1860-CL and KZ-1870-WH are tough, ABS-like, dimensionally stable resins for 355 nm solid state laser systems for rapid prototyping.
KZ-1860-CL is ideal for quickcast applications as well as general purpose and dimensionally challenging builds. Superior humidity resistance and exceptional shrink characteristics are major differentiators.
KZ-1870-WH is ideal for general purpose and dimensionally challenging builds. Like KZ-1860-CL, the KZ-1870-WH resin offers superior humidity resistance and exceptional shrink characteristics.
Application
These general purpose SLA resins mimic traditional engineering plastics such as ABS. This makes the material ideal for many applications, including:
- Prototype tooling
- Master patterns
- Small feature connectors
- RTV patterns
- Concept models
