The first step in the cycle of developing a new product is concept generation. PERIDOT can work with your concepts to generate independent product concepts. These concepts can be presented in various methods, such as:

• Gray Scale Sketches
• Colored and Highlighted Renderings
• Computer Generated Pictures
• Computer Aided Models

These initial concepts are submitted to you for review and then revised per the product definition. Our industrial design experience includes work completed in the toy and consumer markets and in the automotive industry.

When the concept is finalized and the mock-up's meet the initial product definition, the mechanical design process will put finite geometry to each component. At PERIDOT we offer mechanical design that may include converting a 2D print into a 3D solid model or performing a full assembly design.

When we work with you on a design project, we like to incorporate your marketing, engineering, and manufacturing personnel early in the process. Through the use of time compression techniques, such as rapid prototyping, design iterations are done swiftly and accurately according to your guidelines.
